Note: Bracketed items still need real confirmation from you/your client before publishing. I’ve kept this to only the situations that actually cause customer problems — manufacturing defects, wrong items, installation faults, and transit damage — since made-to-order doors and shutters don’t typically carry standard “change of mind” returns.
Our Quality Commitment
We manufacture and install garage doors and rolling shutters to the exact specifications of your property. If something isn’t right due to our error or a manufacturing fault, we fix it.
(This line does the “we take quality seriously” job honestly — without an unverifiable ranking claim like “we’re the #1 company.” If you want, we can add a real, checkable credential instead — e.g. “ISO 9001 certified” or years in operation — which already exists on your site and carries more weight with customers than an unproven title.)
1. Manufacturing Defects
If your door or shutter has a manufacturing defect — [confirm: e.g. panel fault, motor fault, misalignment from the factory] — report it within [___ days] of installation and we will [repair / replace] at no cost.
2. Wrong Item Delivered
If we deliver or install the wrong size, color, or product due to our error, we will [replace it at no cost / confirm process].
3. Damaged in Transit
If the product arrives visibly damaged, report it within [___ hours/days] of delivery with photos, and we will [repair / replace] before installation proceeds.
4. Installation Faults
If an issue appears after installation that traces back to our workmanship (not normal wear, misuse, or third-party damage), contact us within [___ days] and we will send a technician to inspect and correct it at no cost.
5. What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear after the workmanship period above
- Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party repair attempts
- Change-of-mind cancellations once manufacturing has started on a custom order (confirm this is your actual policy — most made-to-order door companies work this way)
